Shevelle Bagley, 19, faces an aggravated battery charge after deputies say she grazed his head with a pair of scissors, then stabbed him in the neck with a kitchen knife.The incident happened in a residence where Carter said the two live. Deputies don't know what the argument between Hayes and Bagley was about.
