Vegan Lunas?

lol- Okay, I mean empanadas (I call them Luna's)- Theres this place in Brooklyn called the VSpot, thats specializes in Vegan Latin food. Call me judgemental, but is there even such a thing? How can you have an empanada with no meat??? WTF! Really? I hope this place doesn't expect to bring in huge crowds of "real" Latinos, because if I know us how I think I do, we like a little junk in the trunk, a little carne on our bones, we are not scared of a little grasa y gordo, matter fact, its my favorite part!!! HAHA. Either way, I thought it was an interesting topic, and just might hit it up for the experience. They have brunch too, might be nice...
